Scope and acceptance
These Advertiser Registration Terms govern an Advertiser's application, onboarding and authorised access to the Growth Engine panel operated by Creative Cuddle, currently at https://growth-engine.creativecuddle.com. They supplement the Growth Engine Terms & Conditions for advertiser account access. The Growth Engine Privacy Policy explains the related handling of information.
By affirmatively accepting these registration terms, the person applying confirms that they have authority to represent the identified Advertiser and to obtain account access for the stated business purpose. These Terms do not turn an unauthorised individual into an authorised signatory or make that person a personal guarantor of the Advertiser's commercial debts.

Your signed agreement comes first
Creative Cuddle and Advertisers enter into separate written agreements for the provision and management of campaigns and services. That signed agreement, together with its applicable schedules and valid amendments, takes priority over these registration terms and the general Growth Engine Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Registration does not replace, renew, terminate or amend a signed agreement. It does not introduce a separate retainer, setup fee, platform fee, commission rate, minimum spend, exclusivity obligation, lock-in period, performance commitment or notice period. Those matters are governed by the signed agreement.
Where there is no signed commercial agreement, an account may be used for assessment, onboarding or testing as authorised by Creative Cuddle. Account creation, a sample campaign or a test conversion does not by itself authorise a paid campaign or create commercial payment obligations. A live engagement requires the applicable written commercial agreement and agreed launch approval.

Provide accurate legal business, brand, website, contact, billing and integration information, and identify authorised representatives. We may request proportionate evidence of authority, business identity or rights to the relevant website, brand and advertising materials.

Onboarding materials and brand rights
Provide the information and materials reasonably required for the authorised onboarding work. You must have the rights and permissions to supply those materials and to instruct Creative Cuddle to use them for that purpose. Do not submit unlawful products, misleading claims, unauthorised intellectual property or information you are not permitted to share.
Before a commercial agreement governs broader use, you grant only the limited, non-exclusive permission reasonably required to review, store and display submitted materials for internal onboarding and authorised technical testing. Registration alone does not authorise public promotion, publisher distribution, use of your logo as a client endorsement or publication of a case study.
Once a commercial agreement is in place, campaign use of brands, creatives and other materials is governed by that agreement and the approved launch instructions.

Integrations and information responsibilities
Cooperate with agreed tracking setup and testing, protect API keys and integration credentials, and notify us of changes likely to affect measurement. Keep test events identifiable and separate from live payable activity. Do not intentionally suppress, falsify or duplicate transactions or interfere with approved attribution.
Our standard conversion integration accepts necessary tracking and transaction information rather than customer contact information. Do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, payment-card details, contact lists or sensitive information through links, postbacks or conversion fields unless a different data flow has first been separately approved following a privacy review.

Where needed, the parties must enter into appropriate data-processing or sharing terms before the relevant processing begins.
Cross-channel marketing is limited to the scope authorised by the commercial arrangement and described in the applicable privacy notices. Signup alone does not authorise unrelated cross-brand profiling, third-party audience activation, independent reuse of customer information or a new marketing-platform disclosure.

Reports, validation and commercial controls
Panel reports support program administration and may contain pending transactions, estimates or test records. The signed agreement determines attribution, validation, reconciliation, commissionable value, invoicing and payments. A displayed amount is not, by itself, an accepted invoice or an amendment to those rules.
Raise discrepancies through the agreed process and provide the relevant evidence. A technical ability to edit rates, statuses, budgets, campaigns or users does not itself grant contractual authority to do so. Changes affecting commercial obligations must follow the approval and amendment procedure in the signed agreement.
No separate publisher payout thresholds or processing fees become payable by the Advertiser merely because they appear in a Publisher arrangement. The Advertiser's financial obligations remain those it has expressly agreed with Creative Cuddle.

Confidentiality, suspension and closure
Use non-public partner details, reports, strategies, commercial information and integration credentials only for the authorised relationship. Do not disclose another participant's confidential information or use account access to obtain information unrelated to your program. The confidentiality and acceptable-use provisions in the general Terms apply, subject to any more specific signed agreement.
Creative Cuddle may restrict access for a material security risk, suspected unlawful activity, unauthorised use or other circumstances permitted by the signed agreement. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the issue and cooperate on resolution. A panel restriction must not be used to bypass contractual rights or improperly prevent reconciliation of valid obligations.
Requesting account deletion, disabling a login or ending technical access does not by itself terminate the service agreement or release either party from its payment, notice, confidentiality, reconciliation or other surviving obligations. Contractual termination must follow the separately agreed procedure.

Liability, amendments and contact
The signed agreement's liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, governing-law and notice provisions control matters within its scope. For access-only matters not covered by it, the corresponding provisions of the general Growth Engine Terms apply. Nothing in these registration terms expands the Advertiser's campaign indemnities or creates new performance or payment guarantees.
Changes to these registration terms apply prospectively to registration and access. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with renewed acceptance where required. They cannot unilaterally rewrite a signed agreement or create consent to new data processing.
